I would say I didn't have a big discovery on just one thing -- I hadn't used a lot of these sites and it was a great learning experience for me. I hadn't realized how much there was to learn about each site - I use World Cat all the time here at work and didn't know you could look for more things on the site and how to look up different items different ways.
At our library we already have patrons that use the Ancestry site and some others to look up family things. Also when do school tours we show the kids the different Sirs and World Book sites. I would recommend the different sites to our patrons if they need to know about history or do some research.
Again this challenge was a challenge for me...I am grateful I have great co-workers that can help me with different things I didn't understand and they did. I do enjoy these challenges - it is a great thing to learn what is out there for us to use and for our patrons to use that I didn't know existed.
Way to go, Librarian Bri! You did a great job throughout the SD State Library E-Resources Challenge, and we are so pleased to have you along for this session. CONGRATULATIONS on completing it!!! Now, take a bow!!!
